Delivery and payment
Delivery is made to your door or to the post office in your city.
The delivery cost is calculated according to the postal service tariffs, taking into account several parameters - the parameters and weight of the shipment and the availability of additional paid services.
The order processing time is up to 3 business days. Orders are formed and sent during the managers' working hours, on weekdays from Monday to Sunday, excluding holidays.
If your order was placed on a weekend, holiday, or after business hours, it will be shipped on the next business day.
Payment for goods on our website is available through the Fondy payment system (Bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay), as well as through PayPal.
Return Policy
If necessary, you can exchange or return a product purchased in the online store no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Exchange and return of goods is possible if its presentation, factory labels, labels, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact of purchase of the specified goods are preserved.
Used goods are not eligible for exchange or return.

6. Contact us via messenger (Viber, Telegram, Instagram) with your order number and TTN number to track the shipment.
7. After the refund is approved, we will transfer the funds to your card or bank account within 10 banking days (for this, you must fill in the full details for transferring funds in the refund application). Please note that the refund depends on the speed of processing the transaction by your bank and may take up to 30 banking days.
8. After approval of the exchange, we create a new order and form the shipment.
The approval period for an exchange or return is up to 4 business days from the moment the returned product is received at the warehouse.
