1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy has been compiled in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1.2. By using the Platform, the User confirms his/her agreement with this Policy.

2. Terms

«"Personal data" means any information that directly or indirectly identifies an individual.

«"User" is a natural or legal person who uses the Platform.

«Operator» – LLC «Brands.ua», which determines the purpose and means of processing personal data.

– Name and surname;

– Contact phone number;

– Email address;

– Delivery address;

– Payment information (in case of ordering goods);

– Data from cookies and analytical services.

4. Purpose of collection and processing

– Providing access to the Platform’s functionality;

– Fulfillment of orders and contractual obligations;

– Communication with the User;

– Sending information and advertising messages (with consent);

– Improving the Platform's performance using cookies and analytics.

5. Use of cookies and analytics

5.1. The platform uses cookies to improve user experience.
5.2. The Platform may use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and other web analytics tools.
5.3. The user can independently limit or disable cookies in the browser settings.

6. Transfer of personal data to third parties

6.1. The Operator does not transfer Personal Data to third parties without the consent of the User, except in cases provided for by law.
6.2. Data transfer is possible: to transport companies for delivery, to payment systems for payment, to e-mail/sms mailing services for informing the User.

7. Data protection

7.1. The Operator takes organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access.
7.2. In the event of a data leak, Brands.ua will notify Users as soon as possible.

8. Data retention period

Personal data is stored for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, but no longer than 3 years after the User's last activity on the Platform, unless otherwise provided by law.

9. User Rights

– Get access to your personal data;

– Request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing;

– Object to processing;

– Withdraw consent to data processing;

– File a complaint with the authorized authorities.

10. Procedure for changing the Policy

Brands.ua reserves the right to change this Policy. The current version is always published on the website. Continued use of the Platform means the User's consent to the changes.
